Hi lovers! I'm Bethany, owner and lead coordinator of Pink Bubbly Events. I truly found my calling working in the wedding industry, and I hope to get the opportunity to spread the love and share in this journey with you! A few fun facts about me: I can solve a Rubix Cube in 1:30; I pride myself on being able to spell "Charcuterie;" I studied abroad during college and saw over 30 theatre performances in eight countries.

Wedding planning can be very stressful; let Pink Bubbly Events alleviate some of that stress by hiring us to guide you through the entire planning process or jump in towards the tail end of your engagement and piece together the last minute details to make your day extra magical. LET'S PARTY!

With all the coordinators (and friends who think they're coordinators because they planned their own wedding) out there, it's hard to choose who will serve you best. Pink Bubbly Events is proud to offer some specific services that sets us apart from the rest.

Full Day Of Coordination

No more of this "I'll only be there 8 hours" stuff. Pink Bubbly Events will be onsite when your venue opens to when the last guest leaves at the end of the night. You can rest assured that we will be there to answer anyone's questions and give directions to help the day flow smoothly.

Unlimited Communication

I truly believe that unlimited communication is the key to a successful event. Hiring Pink Bubbly Events means you can text your coordinator late at night with a random wedding related question (or non-related question) and you'll get a response. You are only getting married once and we have done this a lot; use our knowledge!

Ordained Minister

Pink Bubbly Events coordinators are ordained ministers, meaning we have the ability to sign your marriage license. We offer this service for a few different reasons: as a precaution in case hired officiant is unable to sign; for convenience should you want a family member to perform the service; it's an unusual and memorable "fun fact" when meeting new people (similar to ones I used above, HA!).

Packages

Wedding planning and coordination is not a "one size fits all." Sure, there is a guide you follow, but each wedding is unique to each couple. Pink Bubbly Events is proud of services that fits your specific needs and vision.

Whether you are very Type A and want to do most of the work yourself, or if you have the guy and the ring and just don't know what to do next, Pink Bubbly Events can help!

PBE's services are offered on a monthly basis; you pick how many months you want to work together, and as a bonus, they don't have to be consecutive. Pricing starts at $1,950. Let's chat about your specific needs!
